The five things that go wrong most often, and how to fix them in under a minute.

"My extension isn't picking up campaigns"

  1. Open the extension Options page (right-click the extension icon → Options).
  2. Confirm Backend URL = https://socialscalr.com.
  3. Confirm API token matches the value in Settings & billing.
  4. Click "Test connection" - you should see "Connected as <your-email>".
  5. Open a LinkedIn tab. The extension heartbeats roughly every 30 seconds.

"Sign-in says invalid credentials but I'm using the right password"

"My card was charged but my plan didn't upgrade"

Cards charge first, plan upgrades on the Square webhook. The webhook normally lands within 5 seconds but can take up to a minute. If after a minute your plan still says "free":

  1. Refresh the dashboard.
  2. If still wrong, email [email protected] with your payment receipt - we can upgrade you manually in seconds.

"A campaign is running but no actions are happening"

"Scheduled post didn't go out"
